PROCESSING TIME

Processing time differs from product to product.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond TemptBeach’s original delivery estimates.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You’ll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier’s package-tracking site. If you require further tracking information, please contact our customer service [email protected]

When your order are shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.

IMPORTANT

When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, ifyou require refund.Please note that the personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
